1. Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all accessories

  • Proof: Original receipt or order number required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened aromatherapy products (for health/safety reasons)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Used toilet seat covers (hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale/clearance items

3. Return Process

 

  1. Pack items securely in original packaging

  2. Ship to provided return address with tracking

  3. Allow 10-14 business days for processing after receipt

4. Refund Details

  • Refunds issued to original payment method

  • Return shipping costs deducted unless defective

  • Original shipping fees non-refundable

  • Restocking fee may apply for bulk orders

5. Damaged/Defective Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll provide prepaid return label and immediate replacement.
